More seasonal eating - I have pea shoots galore. Tonight we grilled some trout and served it with a simple salad of mixed greens, pea shoots, and thinly sliced radishes with this dressing:
3 T seasoned rice vinegar
1 T sesame oil
1 T honey or brown sugar
1 T soy sauce
Juice squeezed from half a lime
1 clove of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Connor drank the dressing from his bowl.
